1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or downloading the AnswerLabs application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

AnswerLabs is a productivity and assistance tool designed to provide real-time contextual information during active professional environments. You agree not to use the software for:

• Bypassing authorized, legally mandated academic proctoring engines where express prohibition is outlined by your institution.
• Recording or storing audio of individuals without capturing required multi-party consent as defined by your local jurisdiction.
• Distributing or sharing API keys provided within your dashboard payload.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All subscriptions are handled via Razorpay and support UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. AnswerLabs Pro and Team tiers auto-renew continuously. The audio and screen analysis quotas are subject to a soft Fair Use Policy (FUP) to eliminate abuse. If your usage exceeds 99% of normal consumer activity, your access may be temporarily rate-limited.

4. "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK)

Users leveraging the BYOK functionality are directly responsible for the costs incurred on their own Google Cloud or Groq accounts. AnswerLabs accepts zero liability for compromised keys running on local client hardware due to malware external to this software.

5. Limitation of Liability

AnswerLabs is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software.
